Love, one small gesture at a time.
Giovannella welcomes you into her kitchen to share family recipes and little secrets learned over time. A graduate of the Accademia Italiana di Cucina, she is a Cesarina: part of the network of home cooks who preserve and pass on Italian tradition.
During the class, you knead, watch and ask questions. Even soaking broad beans becomes a discovery: understanding why it is done and how they change by morning teaches you to respect the time ingredients need. Every gesture reveals the care that goes into cooking for someone.
Then you sit down to eat together. You take home recipes, skills to practise and the pleasure of finding a little of this day in your own kitchen.
