Two ways of life come together: a certified organic farm and a family-run B&B, set among trulli and cummerse restored with respect for local traditions. What makes us different from a hotel is simple: we are there for you. We welcome you, suggest places to visit and eat, and help with bookings and transport. Every morning Giovannella prepares a homemade organic breakfast, included in your stay. Lunch and dinner can be arranged on request and are charged separately.

What we share with you is real: our land and our home, part of which remains our family’s living space. We spend our days with and for our guests.

The farm covers over three hectares in the countryside around Martina Franca. Among the fields and dry-stone walls, with views stretching to Locorotondo, 163 olive trees are grown using organic methods.

Their olives give us Sublim’e, the masseria’s olive oil. Guests taste it at the table and often fall in love with it, taking a few bottles home before they leave. The two sides of the Masseria meet: in the land we tend and the welcome we offer each day.

A trullo and a two-storey Cummersa: two independent homes. Stay on the ground floor of the Cummersa or enjoy both floors, always exclusively for one family or group.

Cooking class

Get hands-on with Giovannella: family recipes, skills to learn at your own pace and the pleasure of cooking together.

Breakfast

A good morning made by Giovannella: a varied, homemade organic breakfast with local ingredients. Always included in your stay.

Wellbeing & activities

Massages and yoga, horse riding and e-bike outings. Time to find your own rhythm, between relaxation and discovering the Itria Valley.

The perfect backdrop

Coming from the busy city-life in Olanda, this was the perfect rest we were looking for.
A wonderful week, thanks to your good care, Giovanella & Giuseppe! The breakfast was overwhelming, and we are grateful for the ever new vegetarian options you presented. Everything was so well taken care of, all the people who work here are friendly & helpful!

We will miss the conversations about nature, the environment, the birds and the plants, and certainly hope to come back one day!

We had a wonderful stay and learned so much about authentic Apulian cuisine with an amazing teacher Giovanella, the cooking experience was truly memorable.
Susan made us feel right at home, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and both she and Giovanella went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!
